What is the cut off for next day delivery?Updated 14 days ago

The next day delivery option that we offer across the UK is for delivery the next working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays as our warehouse operation does not work weekends and bank holidays. 

During the week, if you place your order before 2:45pm we will arrange for your order to be delivered next working day. 

If you place your order on Friday before 2:45pm, depending on the delivery options available in your part of the country, you may still receive your order on Saturday, but we cannot guarantee this and are not able to advise whether or not this is possible - please do not ask us to do so! You will therefore, receive your item on Monday guaranteed. 

Any orders placed after the cut-off on a Friday and over the weekend will be treated as being placed before Monday's cut off time (2:45pm) and are therefore guaranteed for delivery on Tuesday. 

It is not possible to upgrade your order once it has been placed, so if you have not already selected next day delivery and you want this option, we are sorry but we cannot upgrade this for you.
