What happens if my parcel arrives with a wrong item?Updated 9 months ago
If we have shipped you the wrong item, please raise your RMA* on the Zone3 Returns Portal and our team will be touch with you as soon as possible.
Initiate your return by accessing the link below, add your order number (i.e. SH34568-GBP or SH1856-EUR) and the same e-mail address you have used to place the order. Select the item you have originally purchased, go to the next step and select Incorrect item received.
You also have the option to add notes and upload photos of the incorrect item.
