What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?Updated 9 months ago
If your items arrived damaged, please raise your RMA* on the Zone3 Returns Portal and our team will be touch with you as soon as possible.
Initiate your return by accessing the link below, add your order number (i.e. SH34568-GBP or SH1856-EUR) and the same e-mail address you have used to place the order. Select the damaged item you wish to return and follow the next steps.
