Occasionally our system doesn't always select the correct carrier for your order. If your tracking number is not correct for the selected carrier, you can try searching with one of our other main carriers.
DHL: Tracking numbers can vary in format depending on the type of shipment.
- DHL Express: A 10-digit number, such as 1234577890
- DHL eCommerce: A 16-digit number, such as 71234567891234
- DHL Parcel UK: A 14-digit number, such as 41505910017980
DPD: DPD tracking numbers are usually made up of numeric characters and can be 10, 12, 14 or 14 digits plus one letter or digit.
Fedex: Tracking numbers are usually 12 digits in length.
Royal Mail: Royal Mail tracking numbers are usually between 9 and 27 characters long and can include letters, numbers, or both. The format is typically a 13-character alphanumeric string that starts with two characters, followed by 9 digits, ending with two characters 'GB'.
UPS: Tracking numbers are always 18 digits long and start with '1Z'.
