How do I collect my parcel with InPost?
When you select InPost at checkout, you’ll be notified once your parcel arrives at your chosen location. To open a locker, simply scan your QR code or use the InPost app to open the door remotely. If you’re collecting from an InPost Shop, show your QR code to a staff member for scanning.
When can I collect my parcel?
InPost will send you an email notification as soon as your parcel arrives. If you have the InPost app, you’ll also receive a push notification. Most InPost lockers are available 24/7, allowing you to collect your parcel at a time that suits you. Please make sure you collect it within 3 days.
Do I need ID to collect my parcel?
No ID is required. If you ordered your parcel to an InPost Shop, simply show your QR code to the staff member. The QR code contains a unique PIN that can only be used for your parcel.
How long do I have to pick up my parcel?
Once your parcel has arrived at your selected locker or collection point, you have 3 days to collect it. InPost will send you a reminder notification when there are 24 hours remaining.
Can someone else collect my parcel for me?
Yes, someone else can collect your parcel on your behalf. You can send them a screenshot of your QR code, or they can use your collection code (sent via email) along with your mobile number to retrieve the parcel.
How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel using the InPost app or by checking your email inbox for updates from InPost. Your email notifications will include a convenient tracking link.
What happens if I don't collect my parcel in time?
If your parcel is not collected within 3 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. We’d be happy to arrange for the parcel to be re-shipped; however, any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
