Unfortunately, once an order has been finalised and paid for, we cannot guarantee that additional items can be added. To meet customer expectations for fast delivery, our dispatch process is highly streamlined, which means orders cannot always be amended.
That said, we will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible. Please contact our Customer Services team with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to add, including size and colour where applicable.
If we’re able to add items to your order, payment will be required before dispatch.
