Can I add an item to my order?Updated 4 months ago

As soon as your order is confirmed, we pass the details of this order over to our warehouse partners. Once they receive the order, they will start processing the order based on the information provided at the point of order. 

We've worked hard to streamline our despatch processes to deliver to customer expectations of fast delivery and as such, it is not possible to add an item to an existing order. 

We ask that you ensure you have included all of your intended items in your order before you complete the checkout phase of the process to avoid disappointment if we are unable to meet your request to add an additional item.
