When you submit a return request, this is for the product which you will be returning. 

As you have already received the benefit of the shipping charge in your item being sent to your delivery address, it is not our policy to refund these as well as the cost of goods purchased. 

Of course, we do make exceptions where errors have occurred, but these are always assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] if you feel you have been subject to exceptional circumstances which may warrant your shipping charges being refunded.
