In most cases, your return request will not require prior approval. However, we do reserve the right to review a return before accepting it, and in some situations we may need to request additional information as part of a manual review.

Where applicable, your returns label will only become available once your request has been approved by a member of our team. Please allow up to 24 working hours for us to review your return request.
