Why do you need to approve my return?Updated 16 days ago

In most circumstances we don't need to approve your return request, but we do reserve the right to review your return prior to accepting the request. 

If your request has not been approved by one of our Customer Services team, you will not be able to obtain a label through our returns platform. Please allow us 24 working hours to review your return request. In some cases, we may require additional information before we're able to proceed with processing your return. We'll always contact you to advise what information we need from you in order to proceed.
