Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please note that it can take a further 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
If you paid using Klarna or another split payment service, the refund amount you see may differ from the price of the item returned. This is because the payment provider will usually apply the refunded amount to any outstanding balance on your order first, and then settle any remaining balance directly with you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to influence how these providers process refunds. If you have any questions or unresolved issues, we recommend contacting your payment provider directly.
