Where is my refund?Updated 2 months ago

You should expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 days of your return being received at our warehouse. The funds may take between 5-10 workings day to show up in your bank account. 

If you have paid with Klarna or another split payment service, your refund amount may differ from the price of the item you have returned. This is because the service you have used to pay for your order will usually take the processed refund amount off any outstanding balance on the order, and then settle anything outstanding directly with you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot change how they handle the refund on your behalf and you should contact the service provider you have used if you have an unresolved issue or query.
