What options do I have if my product is no longer covered by warranty?Updated 14 days ago

We understand how disappointing it can be when a product becomes damaged. 

Whilst we offer a warranty on our products, we're unable to offer unlimited or indefinite support for your product. We're only able to offer a warranty based on elapsed time since the order date. Unfortunately, we're unable to take reported usage into consideration as it is not verifiable; this is why online retailers all apply the same rule. 

It may still be possible to repair your item, but unfortunately we do not offer this service in house.
