What is your return policy?Updated 3 months ago

Please note refunds are not available on wetsuit hire or ex-demo items.

Any returned item must be in the same ‘as new’ condition as it was received i.e. with tags attached and unused other than to try for size and fit. 

Unfortunately this means any wetsuits, swimwear or goggles tested in water cannot be considered 'as new' and are ineligible for return. 

Domestic UK returns are FREE and you will be provided with a prepaid postage label when raising your return. For returns outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and items must be sent using recorded and insured delivery.  Returned goods must be sent with a returns form.

Please note: we're only able to facilitate exchanges through our returns centre if there is sufficient stock available for the replacement item, otherwise you will only be able to receive a refund. 

Returns policy

  1. You have 30-days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted product to us.

  2. All items must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  3. Damage is defined as sun or chemical damage, stains, scratches, abrasions or tears of any kind.

  4. DAMAGED OR DIRTY ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

  5. You may only return items purchased directly from this ZONE3 website. If you purchased from a ZONE3 retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.

  6. UK Domestic returns are FREE and you will be provided with a returns label through our returns portal. For returns outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and items must be sent using recorded and insured delivery.

  7. We do not accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores or third party websites. 

  8. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the label being marked as being in transit. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement. Please only contact us after this period if you've not yet received your refund.

  9. Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products and does not include refunding duties, taxes and fees, this will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office.

  10. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described: custom made, custom design, made to measure or personalized.
