What does it cost to return my item?Updated 17 days ago
Return charges:
Unfortunately we are not able to offer FREE returns for all geographies at this time, without passing the costs onto the customer through product or shipping costs.
US & Canada: The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and our returns portal will help you purchase a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund for returned items. If you are selecting an exchange, you will need to pay for the return cost before your return will be accepted.
EU: The customer is responsible for contributing to the return carriage costs and we will issue you a returns label within 24hrs (excl weekends) of your return request being raised if our system is unable to provide a label for you directly.
Return costs are a standard €2 per return, the cost will be deducted from your refund for returned items. If you are selecting an exchange, you will need to pay the return charge before your return will be accepted.
UK: Domestic UK returns are FREE and you will be provided with a prepaid postage label when raising your return.
For all other geographies we do not yet have the systems to be able to support the creation of labels, and therefore the customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and items must be sent using a suitable tracking method. We recommend retaining a proof of postage should there be any issues with your returned order.
Please note: If you choose to send the item yourself we are not able to refund you any postage costs.
