Wetsuit batch numbers - where to find themUpdated 5 months ago

We're passionate about ensuring our wetsuits are of the highest quality possible, and as part of our warranty process, we require details of the batch number of your wetsuit. This is to help us investigate repeated issues directly with our manufacturers, in order to continuously improve our product and service. 

We have different manufacturers across our range of wetsuits, and they put their batch numbers in different places. We hope this guide helps you identify which is the right number to include in your warranty claim. You may see the name of your suit listed under multiple sections, this is due to us using a different manufacturer across seasons and as long as you're able to provide a number that corresponds with one of the images below, this will be acceptable. 

A) For the wetsuits listed below, look for the paper label located along the back seam of the suit along the zipper flap. (see image below for example)

• Azure & Azure Comfort
• Venture
• Vista

B) For the wetsuits listed below, look for the number located on the inner zipper flap.  (see image below for example) 

• Agile (inc Thermal versions)
• Aspire (non-Thermal versions)
• Azure
• Evolution
• Vanquish
• Versa
• Vision (Sleeveless)

C) For the wetsuits listed below, look for the number located at the bottom of the zipper flap.  (see image below for example) 

• Advance
• Adventure
• Aspire (Thermal versions only)
• Evolution
• Velocity
• Vision (Sleeveless & Regular version)
