Until you have received an order confirmation email directly from us, your order has not been registered.
In some cases there are issues in placing your order; this can be a mismatch between details you have entered for your order and those stored against your payment method.
Unfortunately, banking providers may also 'reserve' the value of your order against your account despite the order not being successful. In these cases, we recommend waiting 24hrs to check whether the 'reserve' is still showing on your account. We are unable to make any changes to these reserved funds and you will need to contact your banking provider.
