How do I return my season rental Glide wetsuit?Updated 2 minutes ago

Did you know? You can keep your rental wetsuit at no extra cost – you just won’t get your deposit back.


If you wish to continue with the return of your rental wetsuit, please follow the step-by-step guide below:


1.) To begin the return process, please use our portal here


2.) To find your order, enter your 6-digit order number and the email address you used when placing the order. If your email isn’t recognised, you can search with your delivery postcode instead.


3.) Once the order has been located, you’ll see that the wetsuit itself is not available to be returned. Instead, you’ll need to select the deposit as the item to return.

The reason for returning the item is Glide Rental Return.

You can then select continue to review your return.



As you’ll see, the refund is subject to a £10 handling fee, as per the hire agreement. This will be deducted from the final refund.

4.) Click Submit Return to receive further return instructions and access your returns label.


The system may say the “Rental Deposit” is being returned, but it’s actually the wetsuit that needs to be sent back.

Please pack your wetsuit dry, the right way out, and make sure it’s free from sand, saltwater, and debris.


5.) We’ll issue your refund as soon as your wetsuit has been returned and checked by our returns team.
