You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving the goods.

You will need your order number, and one of the following: email address, delivery post code or phone number to identify the correct order.

We encourage you to hold on to your order packaging until you’re sure you love your item(s). If you need to make a return, reusing the original packaging reduces your carbon footprint by 427 grams CO2 per pound of packaging and helps us operate on a more sustainable basis. 

If you're returning items that are damaged, we will need to review your return before accepting it, only once the return request has been accepted will you be able to receive your postage label.
