How do I return my Decathlon order?Updated 21 days ago

If you placed your order through Decathlon, you'll still be able to raise a return through our returns portal. All you'll need is your 6-digit order number and delivery postcode. Your order number can be found at the top of the packing slip, which was included inside your parcel.

Please Note: Decathlon order numbers will not be recognised, nor will email addresses, as we are not provided with this information at the point of purchase. You'll be asked to input this information at a later stage in the process, so that you can be provided with your free returns label.
