How do I return an item under warranty?Updated 2 days ago

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Services team at [email protected], who will guide you through the process.


Please note: warranty claims can only be raised within 12 months of the original purchase date.


To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide the following information:

-A description of the issue you’re experiencing.

-Photos of the issue or damage.

For wetsuit warranties: a photo of the wetsuit batch number. Click here for guidance on locating your batch number.

- Confirmation of your order number. If you don’t have your order number, please provide your name and delivery address so we can locate the order if it was purchased directly from us.

If your purchase was made through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to submit your claim and provide them with the same information listed above.
