Please click here for our returns platform, this will open a new window, you will need your order number and one of the following: email address, contact number or postal code used for your order. You will be asked to provide images of the issue you are experiencing so that we're better able to assess the issue you're reporting.

If you are outside of the regular returns window, you will need to contact us to add your order number as an exception.
If you purchased your item directly from one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly about the issue as the purchase transaction and terms of sale is between you (the consumer) and them (the retailer).
