Can I test my product in water and still return?Updated 23 days ago

We understand that, for some products, it may only be possible to assess suitability when worn in the water. However, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used in water, as this means they can no longer be returned to sellable stock.

This policy is in line with many other online retailers offering similar products.

If you are unsure about the fit, size, or appearance of a product, we recommend contacting our Customer Services team before use so we can advise you on the options available.
