What happens to my points if I return or cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

If you return an item, the points originally earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance. 

For orders where you used points and subsequently returned the entire order, those points will be credited back to your account. Please note that this policy only applies to fully returned orders. Points will not be refunded for partially returned orders. 

For cancelled orders that were paid with rewards, the points will not be automatically refunded. These points will need to be manually adjusted in your Clubhouse Rewards account by our team.
