Please email [email protected] with your order details, the discount code you intended to use, and information about where you received the code. This will help us review your request as quickly as possible.

Please note: Affiliate and Ambassador discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

These codes are linked to the Ambassador who shared them, allowing the relevant commission to be attributed correctly. Applying an affiliate code after an order has been processed would not link the order to that code, meaning the Ambassador’s commission could not be tracked accurately.
