How do refunds works?Updated 9 months ago

Returning your Zone3 gear for a refund is easy to complete online! First, initiate your return online at  using your order number and your e-mail address. Soon your request will be approved by our Returns Team.

Our EU customers can return their items to our EU Hub in Netherlands using the following return address to avoid paying extra taxes after Brexit:

Snapping a photo of the return tracking number is a good idea, so you can see exactly when the package arrives to us! Once our warehouse receives your return, our team will process the order and your refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Your refund will go back to the method of payment you used when you placed your order. Please note it can take up to a week for your bank to process the refund once it's been issued.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described: custom made, custom design, made to measure or personalized.
