Can I exchange something I purchased?Updated 9 months ago

If you have purchased the item on our website (zone3.com), please visit the Zone3 Returns Center to request the exchange.

Initiate your return online using your order number and your e-mail address. Soon your request will be approved by our Returns Team.

Please note, customer is responsible for return postage fees on any returns.
