How do I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or change orders once they are confirmed. Our fulfilment centres begin working on orders almost immediately after they are placed. You may return your item once received subject to our Returns Policy. Please e-mail hello@zone3

We are unable to cancel or change orders (including adding items to an existing order) once they are confirmed. Our fulfilment centres begin working on orders almost immediately after they are placed. A new order would need to be created for the item
